Privacy Policy

AI-inside Private SARL is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.ai-inside-private.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It is provided in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to provide, plus minimal technical data needed to run the site:

  • Contact form: your name, company, email, phone and message.
  • Readiness tools (e.g. the Industry 4.0 / SIRI pre-audit): your first and last name, role, company, professional email, your questionnaire answers and the resulting score, so we can generate and send your report.
  • Technical data: when you submit a form we may record the date, IP address and browser type, for security and to prevent abuse.
  • Preferences: your language, currency and theme choices, stored locally in your browser only.

Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)

We process this data to respond to your enquiry, generate and email the report you requested, follow up on a potential business relationship, and secure and improve the website. The legal basis is your consent (given when you submit a form) together with our legitimate interest in developing our business relationships.

Service providers

We use reputable third-party providers for website hosting, database storage and the sending of transactional emails. These providers act on our instructions and may process data on servers located outside Morocco (for example in the European Union or the United States) under appropriate contractual safeguards. We never sell or rent your personal data.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and lead data only as long as necessary for the purpose described (typically up to three years after our last contact with you), after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict, delete and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, email contact@ai-inside.ma; we may ask you to confirm your identity. In Morocco, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma). If the GDPR applies to you, you may also contact your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It stores only functional preferences (language, currency, theme) in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time.
